Dispatcher / Resolver / Customer Service

In order to be considered for this position, you must have:
  • 2+ years of dispatch experience (Dispatcher/Resolver position)
  • Proven ability to dispatch 200+ jobs/day with 96% or higher on-time performance. Medical dispatch experience a plus! (Dispatcher/Resolver position)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and to communicate professionally with clients and contractors
  • Knowledge of the DFW Metroplex area with the ability to coordinate, route, and track orders
  • Professional approach to solving customer concerns and service issues
  • A friendly, flexible and a positive attitude to work effectively in a changing environment
  • The ability to type at least 35 words per minute
